I had a memorable stay at the hotel after leaving AD for good in 2018, having lived there for 22yr

Excellent clean, friendly staff and services all very good.

Beach size and location , the sun disappears by 15:00 because of the surrounded tall buildings.

It's a beautiful hotel Spacious suite felt luxurious Extraordinary view Double washrooms very clean. Large shower and tub The spa was a pleasant experience Staff are very attentive and polite Plenty of elevators and fast service

Not many plug sockets in the room and one did not work. Could be upgraded. I noticed a bed bug crawling on the duvet when I woke up The view is a little obscured by dirt on the windows outside The breakfast was below expectation

Great hotel with an amazing staff!

All the staff is extra kind… and really really prompt in responding to our requests..Room was spacious. The location of the hotel is amazing.

The swimming pool is not as big as we thought it would be according to the photos. There is no a swim-up pool bar.

the only thing was the toilets water as it was brown indicating that these toilet have not been used from such a long time. After few seconds everything became fine.

Excellent hotel facility and friendly reception.. Needs some touches for perfection

- The room is very clean and spacious - The bathroom is great - The lobby is luxerios - House keeping is active in keeping the room clean all times - Nice location

- Waited for my luggage after check out for around 40 minutes. - My car had smoking smell after using the valet parking service. Started parking myself after that - The room had no in-room-dining menu. I asked for the menu multiple times but didn't get it.

Bad attitude from front desk specially from the high ranks!! They have no sense of hospitality at all !! The hotel is so nice but I suggest for a total management change.

Slow staff

Location. Restaurants for breakfast was good.

Check in process was long. Arrived 2.25pm but the room not ready I had to wait until 3.05pm then went to front desk asking for the room key and finally got it. Called for house keeping asking for coffee capsules after 35 minutes the got empty coffee cups.

Amazing stay

I want to say thank you babalqasr for this amazing stay and all because of the person in chargee at the reception Mr amine for his help and assistance during my stay . I felt like I was the only guest in the hotel cause after I waited a little bit for the check in he apologized and gived me a nice room with beautiful vue and called every day to check if I need something . Definitely coming.back but this time with my family so they can meet him . Thank you

Very poor service and communication I booked two rooms as wedding night gift to both my brothers and no preparation was done despite note on the booking email. I went myself the day before after arriving from UK to make sure nothing left for surprises. Unfortunately, poor rooms choices, no flowers on the bed, no welcome to our new couple, no fruits, no breakfast despite it was included and request to deliver it to room. Shocking service

- Thank you for my Son’s birthday complementary cake and fruits Was delicious and very nice . - The Dine in service is fast, fresh and the prices is of a good value.

I would rate it as good 4 stars hotel or average 5 stars hotel. Took extremely long time for check in (from 3:00pm to 3:55pm) almost and hour! The valet parking staff really hate their job , they never smile , and walking so slowly and don’t make any eye contact. The kettle wasn’t clean from inside , many particles were floating on the water.

Felt like home

I just want to give a special thanks to Mr AMINE at the reception . For making my stay . His a friend of mine and part of the family now . He insisted on delivering the cake and the gift that I bought for her by him self . I felt like he was celebrating his birthday with this much care his gived to us . I traveled all over the world but Ive never saw someone who gives this kind of hospitality in my life . I felt like this is who he is in real life not just doing his job . Plus he managed to solve problems that I had with different departments . So thank you so much even when he gived me the card to leave a comment and share my experience he only asked me to share a good comment about the hotel without motioning his name and that he only cared about us so thank you and I will come back for you soon

Short of stuff and the management . I can't imagine how my stay could be without amine assistance I gived this hotel 10 just because of him .

I would highly recommend the property to everyone

The staff were especially friendly and helpful. George in house keeping and Kakooza were tremendously warm and helpful all the days of my stay. They and others made it feel like home.

The voice of the elevator was a lil aggressive.

An excellent hotel no matter if you are on business or a tourist

It was always a joy to walk into the hotel because it looks so good, and the staff always greated you with a smile. The breakfast had a really good choice, and the evening buffet was always delicious and varied. The rooms were big and comfortable and so quiet I never once heard anything from the neighbouring rooms.
